The Danish Single Cell Examination Platform
CellX is a national research infrastructure dedicated to single-cell and spatial omics analysis in Denmark. Major nodes include the Aarhus University, University of Southern Denmark and the University of Copenhagen, CellX provides researchers across academia, healthcare, and industry with access to cutting-edge platforms including Xenium, GeoMx, Visium, CosMx, and more.
Center for Integrated Multi-Omics in Precision Medicine
(CIMP) – SDU & OUH Flagship Center
CIMP is a flagship research center jointly established by the University of Southern Denmark (SDU) and Odense University Hospital (OUH). It focuses on integrating multi-omics and clinical data to reduce overtreatment in breast cancer, osteoporosis, and multiple sclerosis – with the aim of translating complex biological insights into clinical decision support and improved patient pathways.
